Since 2001, the BioCon Valley® Initiative has established itself as two legally discrete organizations: „BioCon Valley® GmbH“ (Ltd.) and „BioCon Valley Mecklenburg-Vorpommern e.V.“ (registered association). Here, the association is shareholder of the GmbH and thereby safeguards the realization of its members‘ interests.
Activities of the BioCon Valley® Initiative are financially and mentally supported by the Federal State Government of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern under the auspices of the Ministry of Economics.
